Motivation is my life it is a PROCESS, Life is no limit LEARN AGED not is word OLD. If FALL, stand up again ... LOSE, try again ... FAIL, rise again ... DO NOT GIVE UP until the Lord says:'' TIME to HOME''. That means the process of life that we experience every time is a lot of tests or trials that occurred is life us, we have to do is stay afloat in the processes that occur do not complain do not run continuously striving never give up the game of our lives. In addition it must be balanced with the Pray and BUSINESS. I think prayer is the way we deliver our hearts to the Lord and to do is pray it .. Not to be PART TIME .. Not to be sometime .. especially NO TIME .. Must be ON TIME .. If we can to OVER TIME ... because we are can die anytime. And in life remains FAITHFUL, "do it our part faithfully .. and behold, God will do his part perfectly." And the last was'' do not judge each day with the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.'' Motivation entered Accounting for the accounting world, there is such thing as balanced life should be balanced. Pros, I can to lead because I was born to be a leader. My shortcomings, I have not been able to work with people who do not have a vision and mission. Even though people in this world all different characters and different cultures. Spare time I used to get enough rest breaks because it is good for health. Fellowship  with family, etc.

TOEFL,TOEIC,IELTS

The TOEFL, formerly known as Test Of English as a Foreign Language, is a test of an individual's ability to use and understand English in an academic setting designed and administered by Educational Testing Service (ETS) and TOEFL is a registered trademark of ETS. It was developed to address the problem of ensuring English language proficiency for non-native speakers wishing to study at American universities. It has become an admission requirement for non-native English speakers at many English-speaking colleges and universities. Additionally, institutions such as government agencies, licensing bodies, businesses, or scholarship programs may require this test. A TOEFL score is valid for two years and then will no longer be officially reported.
The Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) measures the ability of non-native English-speaking examinees to use English in everyday workplace activities. The Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) is "an English language test designed specifically to measure the everyday English skills of people working in an international environment."
IELTS, or International English Language Testing System, is an international standardised test of English language proficiency. It is jointly managed by University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations, the British Council and IDP Education Pty Ltd, and was established in 1989.
There are two versions of the IELTS : the Academic Version and the General Training Version :
1. The Academic Version is intended for those who want to enroll in universities and other institutions of higher education and for professionals such as medical doctors and nurses who want to study or practise in an English-speaking country.
2. The General Training Version is intended for those planning to undertake non-academic training or to gain work experience, or for immigration purposes. IELTS is accepted by most Australian, British, Canadian, Irish, New Zealand and South African academic institutions, over 3,000 academic institutions in the United States, and various professional organisations.
It is also a requirement for immigration to Australia, New Zealand and Canada. No minimum score is required to pass the test. An IELTS result or Test Report Form is issued to all candidates with a score from "band 1" ("non-user") to "band 9" ("expert user") and each institution sets a different threshold. There is also a "band 0" score for those who did not attempt the test. Institutions are advised not to consider a report older than two years to be valid, unless the user proves that he has worked to maintain his level. In 2007, IELTS tested over a million candidates in a single 12-month period for the first time ever, making it the world's most popular English language test for higher education and immigration. In 2009, 1.4 million candidates took the IELTS test in over 130 countries, in 2011 — 1.7 million candidates.
